Kunzea muelleri : ウィキペディア英語版 | Kunzea muelleri
''Kunzea muelleri'' is a low-growing shrub in the family Myrtaceae. It is native to mountainous areas of south-eastern Australia. In the Kosciuszko National Park, groups of plants up to 20 cm high cover large areas. Plants have yellow, stalkless flowers that appear in the summer. The numerous stamens are longer than the petals. The species was formally described in 1867 by English botanist George Bentham in 1867 in his publication ''Flora Australiensis''. Victorian Government Botanist Ferdinand von Mueller collected plants from the Haidinger Range, Mount Wellington and the Munyang Mountains and had given the species the name ''Kunzea ericifolia'' in 1855. This combination was later deemed illegitimate as it has been previously assigned to another species.〔 ==References==
